By downloading, installing, or using any application published by WildTerra Labs LLC ("WildTerra Labs", "we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our apps.
These Terms apply to all WildTerra Labs applications including IrrigationQuant and NodeFlow.
WildTerra Labs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our apps for your personal or professional business purposes in accordance with these Terms.
Our apps are designed as professional estimating and field management tools. They are intended to assist qualified irrigation contractors and technicians in their work. The calculations, estimates, and recommendations generated by our apps are provided as tools to support your professional judgment — not to replace it.
Always verify calculations independently before submitting quotes or beginning installation work. WildTerra Labs is not responsible for errors in estimates or designs based on incorrect data entered by the user.
IrrigationQuant and our other apps provide hydraulic calculations, material estimates, and schedule recommendations based on industry-standard formulas and the data you provide. These tools are designed to assist professionals and are not a substitute for professional engineering judgment.
All calculations are based on data you enter. The accuracy of any estimate depends entirely on the accuracy of the information provided. Always verify field measurements and consult manufacturer specifications before finalizing any design or quote.

All content, features, and functionality of our apps — including but not limited to the design, code, graphics, logos, and text — are owned by WildTerra Labs LLC and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
The WildTerra Labs name, logo, IrrigationQuant, and NodeFlow names and logos are trademarks of WildTerra Labs LLC.
Manufacturer names, product names, and performance data referenced in our apps (including Hunter Industries and Rain Bird) are the property of their respective owners. WildTerra Labs is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any irrigation equipment manufacturer.
All data you enter into our apps is stored locally on your device. You own your data. WildTerra Labs has no access to any data you enter into our apps.

If you store customer personal information in our apps, you are responsible for handling that data in compliance with applicable privacy laws including CCPA and any other regulations that apply to your business.
OUR APPS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WILDTERRA LABS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that:
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WILDTERRA LABS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION — ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR APPS, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of our apps shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
We may update our apps from time to time to add features, fix bugs, or update performance data. Updates are provided at our discretion and are not guaranteed. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any app at any time without notice.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted to this page with a new effective date. Continued use of our apps after changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our apps shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Washington State, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
